How do i put my halo 3 films on my pc and if i have to use a capture card what brand should it be what it look

Yes you need a capture card. But before you buy one makes sure you have a video output port on your tv. If you don't it is hard to see what your are filming through the tiny preview screen. If you do you, do yourself a favor and also get a RCA wire that has prongs on both sides. This way you can view what you are filming through your tv.
