  1. Interesting question. Can you ask it again? Twice.

    It might be something that I miss since I'm not familiar with CDMA services but what is the phone supposed to do special if in roaming? It is your service that is roaming, the phone couldn't care less. On a GSM network you would have to call the carrier and ask them to activate the service for your SIM, which makes a lot of sense.

    Why don't you call your carrier and ask for roaming activation on your service line too.
