try www.picnik.com & see if u can do dat on there...sry its da only thing i kno of

might want to try with photo shop or just cutting around it to make letters.... lol goodluck

go to Microsoft Word

Insert WordArt

Right click the WordArt

Select Format Picture

Then Colors and Lines

Select Fill Effects

Go to Picture beside Pattern

Then Select a Picture you want to put just like the one you provided...

then if you want to make it as a photo

copy the WordArt then paste to Paint

then save it as JPEG
