How do i put on the bend to fit nose stud?

hi i dot know how to put on the "bend to fit" stud, if i bend it i dont know how i get it through my hole.

how do i do it?

depending on how long ago you got it pierced and how sensitive it is..

you could put it in then bend it.

or just bend it into a little bit of a hook and put it in and twist.

i suggest getting a regular L-shape nose ring or a bone.

i hate the screws.

they are so hard to take in and out.

and if you get a bone mae sure the end isn't very wide.
