How do i put pictures directly from the memory card to my computer?

okay so i tried to put the pictures from my memory card onto my computer and i couldn't figure out how to put it into " My Pictures" folder. Instead i had to put them in the my documents i think and now every picture i put on has its own icon on my desktop thing. help!?

If the card is recognized by explorer, U can easy move the pics by mouse.
