On where?  You didn't post in the Yahoo! Answers category, but if that's where you mean, you have to store your images on a photo storage site like Photobucket, TinyPic, ImageShack, Flickr, etc.  Then copy a URL (web address) from there for each picture, to paste with a question here.  There's no way to directly put an image with a questin or answer in Y!A.
