How do i put the background on my computer??

i had or have a virus on my computer and that virus disabled a lot of things on my computer like task manager, and now i can't change the background on my computer it doesn't show it when i click properties so i can't change it. does anyone know how to enable the background thing or just be able to change it somehow??? on the display properties its only shows 2 tabs when usually it shows about 6. how can i bring the other tabs back?

have you tried right clicking??

then look on the list of options.

there should be set as background.

find the picture u want on whatever site your on right click it and in the options of the right click there should be a bar that says set as backround and thenclick that. and thats it. o  if u have a virus on your computer u must get it off of your copmputer A.S.A.P. if u dont that computer might shut down and never be usable again
