You usually put the Buy It Now auction on when you set up the auction but you can add it up to 12 hours before the auction closes. The BIN option is located in the area where you enter the auction price. There is a small extra charge for this service.

Assuming you were paid through Paypal, you can refund the money through Paypal. To do so, just open the auction that they purchased and click on 'Paypal transaction.' That will take you to a link to open your Paypal account and, from there, you will be taken directly to the person's payment. At the bottom, in a couple of lines of text you will find 'Refund Payment.' and you just click on that button to do so.

It is located under pricing options It says Online Auction and Fixed Price format. You want the fixed price. You have to be at least a 10 before you can list using that format.
