How do i put up with this??? I got grounded for something i didn't do?

Question

ok so i went to the beach and my cousin said that we should splash my brother and so i really wanted to but at the same time i didn't want to bcuz i was gonna get in trouble if i did it.

so when he said one two three he started doing it at when i was gonna go under water i splashed him by accident and he told my mom and now i'm grounded.

how do i tell my mom ??

Tell her I said it was my idea. I told her that you. me, and Kendra did it, but I should have told her it was my idea. You never told me your mom told you not too, so sorry but u should have told me. On the other foot, it is WATER and Mitchael should suck it up and move on. Sorry again.
