How do i put videos and movies on my ipod?

i have a ipod nano the newest kind and i have a mac comp.

i use lime wire. & i wanna put movies and music videos on my ipod.

how do i do it?! plz answer.

iPod only reads mp4, and the video downloaded from limewire always can't be compatible with ipod, you need the third party software to convert video to ipod mp4, I always use aimersoft video  converter for mac, it can easily convert video to ipod mp4 with high quality, that's really nice, you can check it out here for free

Then just follow below steps to add video on ipod

1. Open iTunes and click "File" to add your videos to iTunes library.

2.Then plug in your iPod to computer, iTunes will detect your iPod as a device. select your iPod device on the left panel of iTunes, click "Movies" tab, check the videos you want to sync and click "Apply", done.

Use iTunes and upload all the movies or songs onto it. then plug in your iPod, Sync them.. then they should work on your iPod

it might be a little complicated for you idk maybe not but i'll be as simple as possible...

from itunes:

start an itunes account.

buy an itunes gift card ($15 $25 or $50) or add a credit card to your acc

search a video then click "buy video"

download starts automatically

sync and go

from an outside source (i.e. file host website or limewire)

search for an MPEG4 written (written as .mp4) anything else will not play on any ipod.

download it to an easily accessible file

open itunes

add or drag the file into your videos library

fix the file info (by right-clicking then GET INFO)

sync and go

from a dvd:

here you need these three softwares: an ipod video converter (i recommend Videora iPod Video Converter) <-- this is for non-mp4 videos. DVD Shrink and Intervideo iVideoToGo < these two are for dvd ripping. (if you get these you can email me on how to use them)

do u have itunes? if u don't just do it the same way u would on lime wire.
