  1. you need to sue the software that the camcorder came with it.. what is the camcorder model? full hd?

    There should be free software download for your type online if you can fine it download it ansd it will work.

    it just wont work just by pluging a cable to it.. you need more then that you ened software :) just like realplayer or media player///
