  1. yes, you can go to some download websites and try some ipod manager softwares to help u, eg:http://www.download3k.com/MP3-Audio-Vide...

    Hope it helps : )

  2. You can try Tansee iPod Transfer which can backup songs and videos in iPod to PC, copy iPod songs and videos to new ipod, computer or notebook.

Some useful information you can get on the official site:

  3. At that point you need to just randomly select one to find a particular file. But if you Copy and paste all the files from the ipod onto your HD and import them into the itunes library itunes will recognize them and indentify them correctly. just Copy the main folder will the files in it and past it on your PC or what ever PC you want. If you are wanting only particular files, there is a program called Floola it will indentify the files in the program and allow you to extract a spicific file. You can get Floola from snapfiles.com.

  4. There are ways to retrieve video files from an iPod, but basically, unless you have serious computer skills, it's pretty much impossible. Music players, especially iPods, HAVE to make it really hard to get stuff off and on to other computers, or else they would be violating p****y laws by making it too easy to share music/videos.

However, there are programs like PodPlayer, available free at ipodsoft.com, that alow you to rip most music files from your iPod back onto your computer. I don't know if one exists that works for videos, though.
