How do i put videos on my Phillips GoGear 4GB?

I tried the Phillips Media Converter. I've tried getting on the folder and pasting the video. Nothing seems to work. When I try to watch them on my GoGear, it says No Videos Found and when i get on Folder View on my GoGear, it says format not supported. If you have a GoGear or any other MP3 player, please tell me if you had/have the same problem and how to fix it. Thank you :)
