How do i put zara photos i put in a folder to my documents for upload to my space?

i had the pics on my phone so i sent it to my e mail can then put it in a folder now i cant put it in documents so i can upload to my space

images from phone can be emailed to email address related to phone , then you can use computer to open email and save photos, then you would need online album like flickr or others, to upload and save online from computer, then you can set photos with links to other blogs and pages,

myspace has photo album you can use to upload pictures, then use at my space blog,

alot of people have troubles uploading from phone via usb/ bluetooth/ email/ text messaging, so many phones are different, and use different services, may help to check service provider and phone company help pages aside from manuals,
