block someone from calling my house.

my ex keeps calling and i dont want to talk to him.

You can't, but there's one way of losing contact with him. Ask your phone line provider to change your number. Alert everyone you want to still be able to contact you. It's not easy, but it's not hard. But here's a warning: if your ex is calling you to keep in contact with you, if you deprive him of that priviliege, he may resort to another way of getting in contact with you - so if he knows your friends (and its not just a matter of trust here), or where you live... you may run into a bigger surprise.
