how do i set up a table for a banquet?? does anyone have an idea of what goes where on the table?

For a sit down meal. The forks go on the left ( the first course is on the extreme left and the person works inward same with the knives) and the knives on the right.

The spoons are placed just above the plates.

If its a five course meal, the first 4 course plates are stacked  up with the soup plate at the top.The side plate for bread is on the left.

Dish goes in front of chair; glass or cup to upper right of dish; silverware next to dish.
