How do i re-listen to text messages sent to my bt landline?

If you hang onto the call when it comes the option to repeat it is at the end. Once you put the phone down it gone.

I don't think there is a way because the text message, when sent to the landline is like a phone call, so unless your answering machine picked it up, you can't re-listen to phone calls.
