They sell rebuild kits. Go to Holley website.

Here is a exploded view.

Then you will have to locate the "List Number"  e.g. 4175 (650 CFM)

Sometimes stamped on the carb body in front of the choke or on the spacer plate between the float bowl & carb. body.

Purchase a rebuild kit.  There will be all the instructions & adjustments in the kit.
