How do i receive more digital channels/get better signal?

my friend's hdtv next door catches more digital channels than mine does. some of my digital channels are also choppy. how do i fix this?

You need to get an hdtv digital box and subscribe to the channels you want.

They charge rental on the box and a fee for added channels.
