How do i receive payments from online jobs,like adsense,affiliating, data entry..etc..???

i want to know that,does they make payments in indian rupees?? if not then how??

if they make payments in U.S $$ then how can i deposit those cheques in indian banks...??

if possible then do i have to take special permission from RBI..?

are there any other modes of payment i can opt for???
