Question:

How do i record a clip off this page?

There is a 2 min clip of something on the net that i want to record and have.. How are some ways i can do that?.. Thanks.. this is the clip i want to record.. if that helps at all.

I am using windows vista.. again if that helps.. Thanks

The easiest way I know of would be to record from the soundcard ('line in') using AudioGrabber, however, you will also need to have the Stereo Mix volume in the sound recording properties unmuted (Start/Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices/Voice/Voice Recording/Volume (if it doesn't show, then ... /Options/Properties/[tick Stereo Mix]/ok) and make sure Stereo Mix isn't muted). If you go on to compress it, the file will have been recompressed twice and you lose quality a fair bit that way. If you want an exact copy, I bet there are methods but I don't know them. (I never figured out Streambox VCR and you might be able to find it with a bit of investigative work into the HTML source.)
