If the camcorder has "AV-in" you can - if it does not, you can't unless you just point the camera at the screen and record.

Most camcorders do not have AV-in. Since you did not tell us what camcorder you want to use, we have no way to know. If the camcorder has the AV-in feature, how to use that will be in the camcorder's manual.
