you should have put tarps up to contain as much as possible. simply sweep up and screen them, and put back in the hopper.

most guys i know drain the pool down just below the tile line to do bead blasting then fill the pool back up and vacuum the beads up with a pool vac with an attached leaf cannister with a fine mesh bag inside
