You are probably out of luck.  The procedure is to go to the Real Arcade website:

http://www.realarcade.com/mcdonalds

Select the game you wish to download and then enter in the Prize Coupon Code that was emailed to you.  Without that code, you're not going to be able to get your prize.  Hopefully, you were able to write down that code before your wife deleted it.
