the programs i have are, ACDSee 7.0, paint, HP Image Zone, Adobe Acroat 7.0, ACD photo editor, and some other basic stuff,

  1. it usually says advanced option u click it and u can manege the pixel effect


  2. Here is a free on line photo resizer i have used it and found it easy to use and offering a good free service. no software download needed.
