  1. there's always another tourney!!!

come on!!! let's rise that spirit!!!!

now in your next tournament you'll be more experient, and stronger!!

you just gotta keep going, losing it's part of the game.-

read this article, it's a life example:

  2. My coach always told me a corny quote whenever I was down:

Nobody gets to the top of the mountain without starting at the bottom first.

  3. I think this happens to everyone but the way to look at this is that you played to gain experience and when you have played for a while in tournaments and have become quite comfortable then its ok to try and think about winning and strategies like that. I remember I used to be like that but then losing becomes insignificant when you start playing great competitive matches. But the most important thing is effort, if you work at it and refuse to give up then you become good fairly fast, at least faster than those who stop playing after every loss. I suggest that you work on consistency as well as power.  Good Luck

  4. Losing matches are the problem here it seems you have little confidence in yourself.  What you need to do is practice more than anyone else.  When they are finished you go on for another two hours.  Work on your weaknesses, watch tapes of prior great players and get advise from anyone who will give it to you.  Also, go to the gym to lift some weights to make yourself stronger.  Work on your fitness as well by doing some drills that will build your strength and stamina.  When you are truly fit and you are feeling confident then you can win more and will start winning more.  Keep at it. Never give up.

  5. Each tournament is a stepping stone to the next. What you gain from one, you can use to your advantage in the next. Think in those lines... All victories spring from a dozen defeats. They all make you stronger.
