  1. phone up BT

  2. Type 192.168.1.254 in internet Explorer, that should take you into the HomeHun, go to Telephones and you will see where you register the phone.

  3. phone 151 follow the prompts until you can talk to some one then let them know what happened. 151 is a free number

  4. Put the hub in registration mode by pressing the "wireless association" button. the power/in use light begins to flash.

The hub stays on registration mode for 90 seconds..the time you have to register the handset.

    At the handset...

    1. press menu ( - _ to access the menu

2 press(the four way key) to scroll and display "registration" press "ok"

3 "register handset" is displayed press "ok"

4 "Base 1" is displayed press(fourway key) to select the base nuber you want to register and press "ok"

5 "system pin" is displayed Enter the PIN code{usually 0000<my words} and press ok and begin registration.

6 "base search X" is displayed(where X is the base number).when registration is successful "handset registered" is displayed.press ok to return to standby

  5. Adelle is part correct, if the phone just requires re registering thats what you do. However if you have done a master reset on the hub or you have never registered the phone you will need to register the phone on line. You will require your telephone number ( 0560 ) and you will have to go into hub manager ( in your settings ) follow the on screen prompts  and done, you must be on line for this to happen. Good luck.

  6. write to bt tell them you have lost booklet, get registered too
