How do i register my ipod so i can add music to it after i already hit never regiter?

when i open itunes it tells me to read and check the box that i have read it and i do that but it then doesn't let me do anything and i think i have to register my ipod but i checked to never register ipod so is there anyway i can still register my ipod?

Maybe if you delete iTunes and reinstall you should be able to or try an easier way, restore your iPod and reset iTunes.
