How do i register myself and my horse to compete for the first time out of pony club?

What i mean by register is getting a FEI number, for dessage or Showjumping

hey there

well at pony club theres usually heaps of days where you can compete like gymkhanas n stuff though if you dont want to compete in pony club days then you can look at local notice boards and see if there are any comps coming up. you could also ask your instructor at PC if there are any comps :)
