It appears to be a virus on my computer and nothing will remove this. I have tried removing it by going thru the Remove Programs and uninstalling it, but it still remains. When I try getting to yahoo my page is redirected to a virus warning page too. I have tried doing a system restore, but it only allows me to go back to August 2nd. This problem began about that time and so I cannot restore back far enough. My McAfee anti-virus program has been unable to remove it as well. There also appears to be a trojan gas....something or other virus that I can't get rid of. What programs can I download to remove any of this.

  1. I'm not sure how to remove it but based on some other information you gave on another site I think I know how you can prevent it from getting on there again.  Change all log on pass words and block all other  users  especially parents.  Don't you love it when you do everything you can to not mess up or slow down your computer and then someone else gets on it and wrecks it! Grrr!
