How do i remove a background on an image?

i have this picture of a logo and i want tho put another picture behind it for example i have a picture of a car that has a black background on it, i want to put a flame behind the car, how do i do this?

  1. unless you have a programm desigened for editing pictures - your best bet would be just opening it in paint and cutting and doing all of your editing in there, presuming you have paint and aint a noobi


  2. you didn't specify what program are you using, if it's dreamweaver, on the poperties, select the background image you and click ok, if you want to delete it, just delete the address on the background image bar

    It will even show how to recreate hair. I would suggest you search for "remove background" on youtube, followed by the name of the program you are using.

    There are many of such tutorials, but most videos are of to low quality to be of any use to beginners, I.E. Some authors stupidily just record the whole screen, this way all the text becomes more or less unreadable.

    You can also remove the background of the Car, and then apply both images as backgrounds on division elements (div tags), positioning them by using the CSS Position Property will allow you to use z-index to place them on top of eachother.
