How do i remove content link?

Question

when I'm browsing on a web page there are certain words that are underlined twice and when i roll over it w/ my mouse it shows an advertisement about that word.

i'm trying to find it and delete it in program files but its not there.

I get the same thing. I don't think there is a way to remove it since it is embedded on the site.

I know its annoying.
