  1. ask you GP for sleeping pills, or just try going to bed earlier with a cup of horlicks

  2. You can remove your dark shades under your eyes by using a special whitening eye cream. You need to test it first before you apply because eyes are very important to us. The test is to check your skin is allergic to the eyes skin whitening cream.

Please don't use concealer to cover your dark shade under your eyes, it is mostly for the temporary make up purpose and not for a long run. Long term using concealer will cause you more wringgles under your eyes. Since you are 14, you are very easy to get rid of the dark circle.

Please don't take sleeping bills, it is not good for health. Don't listen to others. Sleeping bills can cause you addicted and in future, you depend on it.  If you cannot sleep, you must find out what is the reason that you cannot sleep. I recommend you do an hour meditation before you sleep, it helps you to relax all your mind, and sleep peacefully. Sleeping good can help you to remove your dark shades under your eyes without applying whitening cream or see doctor or using concealer.

  3. If you cant sleep well try using homeopathic pills, these are similar to sleeping pills but much, much weaker and a lot safer, i take them myself and i am 13.

As for the dark shades i DON'T recommend using a dark shade cream as these have been proven not to work that well. Instead use concealer.

I recommend Touch Eclat by Yves Saint Laurent. This is quite expensive but i am sure your mum might buy it for you. It is £17.99 avaliable from boots and superdrug. It is Britains no.1 concealer and really does the job well.

    i hope this helps
