Try vegetable oil. Loosens it right up.

Soap and Water.  Failing That make a paste of Oxyalic Acid and water or Tri sodium phosphate (TSP) and water and let it sit for a few minutes.  Rinse well.  I know this answers your question.  The birds can drive you insane.

A product called "Roll Off" works great on stains. I buy mine at the marina. Cleans 99% of the boat other than the plastic windows. Read the instructions on the bottle. I was hooked up with it by the harbor master.
