How do i remove fingerprings from unsealed saltillo tile?

i soaked tiles before installing. And now that tiles have dried, fingerprints show. How do I remove them?

You need to acid wash them....  And pay Ken double...  This is the best answer.....

dampen a cloth with white distilled vinegar & wipe them off. It works great!

The fingerprints are from the oil on your fingers. Take some mineral oil and wipe them down. This will soak into the tile thus eliminating your fingerprints. Wipe dry with some old t shirts and seal with some commercial floor wax before grouting. Use about 4 coats...each coat takes about 30 minutes to dry. Grout and when the grout is cured apply 2 more coats of wax. You do not need to buy the sealer. This will work just as well and it is cost effective. It can be purchased at home depot.
