How do i remove go.google.com and go.msn.com trojan? ?

Question

My searches and url's are being rerouted by a jumper

trojan and it is destroying my operating system (Vista).

I am missing important system files from trying to remove

this trojan/virus off my system.

I have done several scans with McAfee and it got some,

but I know there are still more undetected, due to the way

all my searches are being redirected.

Please help!!

I had the same problem as you. I tried multiple things but Anti-Malare was the only tool that detected the problem and fixed it. A reboot was necessary afterwards so it could clean up all the files. I recommend Anti-Malare for this problem.

I went into the same problem with my window XP computer. anti-virus AVG did not fix it or was prevented from finding it. I downloaded  Malwarebytes' Anti-Malare and did a full scan, that fixed my problem.   I downloaded from http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-set...

Hey, I just recovered from this annoying thing which redirected me to some other place when i clicked on a link on google search results.

MalwareBytes Anti-Malware Fixed it and now im back up.

1- Download MalwareBytes AntiMalware(Free)

2- Install and Run Full Scan

3- Wait for the scan to finish

4- When the scan is fully finished, Make sure that all injections are Ticked in the check box

5- Click Remove All

6- If i says that it couldnt remove some of the infections and it needs a reboot, then please reboot it and after reboot you should be all fixed.

Its a malware and It just works on result of Google  Yahooo  msn or any other

To see whether you have malware\trozan

1  Open google.com\yahoo.com\msn.com

2 search for the word cnn or any you like

3 See the result of search

4 It will show you results of Sites and links

5 You can see the Link down and site hyperlink also

For Example

CNN.com - Breaking News, U.S., World, Weather, Entertainment ...

CNN.com delivers the latest breaking news and information on the latest top stories, weather, business, entertainment, politics, and more.

www.cnn.com/ - 91k - Cached - Similar pages - Note this

Try multiple Spyware

2  Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

3  SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition

It shows many Malware and thier Registry Entries So you have to remove them Judicialyy.

This software can see other antivirus as Malware .So be sure you remove what is needed and it ives you option whether you want to remove that or you want  to put it in Ignore List.

Looks like you are infected by XP 2008 trojan, try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

This is a free software and you should be able to get rid of it.

Fixwareout. Google that and download the program. I had same problem and just now fixed it. This program well reboot and run before windows loads. It will take awhile for windows to load but this little but powerful programs fixed my problems. I got a trojen from a fake video site. It install a rouge virus or rouge.antivirusxp2008 on my pc. I got rid of that but was still getting redirected when using my browser to go.google.com which then led me to another site. I almost guarantee you it will work. I used Trojan Remover (TR). I did 3 scans with it, the first at start, followed by a double restart. After this, restart it a third time, this time in SAFE MODE. Scan your PC with TR in safe mode and then restart the PC one final time. It fixed my problem the same as yours I think.

My problem was also slowing down my Internet, not downloading properly (which makes using You Tube h**l). A scan on Safe Mode fixed it right up.
