How do i remove goldfish stains?

My goldfish died recently at the grand age of 5, and i took him out of his bowl. Not knowing how to properly dispose of him (his name was Rafe), he was left, and we went on holiday the next day.

Sadly, this was two weeks, and now there is a distinct...outline on my desk where he has been decomposing gently. I managed to remove the body (or whats left!), but the stain is still there...

I've tried common products and scrubbing for ages, but the dam stain is still there.

Any help would be sweet beans! =)

Why would you leave anything dead sitting out for 2 weeks? That's pretty morbid. However you may want to try scrubbing with baking soda.

you just flush fish down th toilet...ewww you left his carcus for 2 weeks!
