Sounds like somebody washed darks and whites together. Buy a clorox bleach pen and rub it on the stains and then wash. That should do the trick.

Most supermarkets sell a stuff called Dye -Gone or something like that you soak the whole garment in it and it takes the dye out.  There is a new product out called colour catchers/ or colour magnets that you put in the machine with the washing and they stop colours running a friend put one in with something that had been dyed accidentally in the wash and that got the dye out also.  Best of Luck
