How do i remove my fcuking contact lenses?

im not new. i have experience on contacts.

i think the thing that messed it up is that today i went to sauna with it.

so right now what ever i do i cant remove the goddam shieet out!

even when i put eyedrop in i cant take it out

what the f**k do i have to do?

Make certian it didn't fall out first.  Or u will end up with a corneal abrasion by trying to pull something out of your eye thats not there.

If it isn't on your iris (the color part of your eye) which contacts will rotate back on the iris...if you know its NOT there; try to indicate if you can feel its still above your eye.  If its anywhere, its going to be located behind your eye (NORTH) from the iris and tucked under your lid.

You need to look DOWNWARDS while lifting your top eyelid up.  Have someone look up there and see if they can see it.  If so, take a soft Q-tip and "gently" swip it out.  Do this only if you see the lens.  If you cannot see it and it still feels like its still in your eye go to or OD, they usually will remove it without any charge.

are you sure you're pinching the contact out? maybe hte contact went onto another area of your eye and you're pinching your actual eye. it's happened to me before. trying closing your eye and rub your eye lid. look into the corners of your eye. keep rubbing until you see the little contact lense try pulling then. because more than likely it's not in the right place if you're pinching and it's not budging at all.
