Click Download Ad-Aware free on the right hand side.  It's free to remove spyware but you don't get the full features of the software like antivirus stuff unless you buy it.  The free version works just fine for me though to remove spyware!  If not I think Norton or McAfee sells spyware removal software.  Good luck!
