How do i remove system sweeper from my computer?

when i turn my computer on i always get pop ups for system sweeper and spy burner. telling me to buy there products. i can not get rid of this and it is very annoying as i take some time to clear the screen and they will keep popping up when i am working..thanks

First go to the program (not open it) and click on UNINSTALL, then go to Control Panel >>add and remove software>>remove it from the list if it is in the list>>then go to C: drive >>all programs >>find the folder open it and Delete all content >>then delete the file compeletly ..Now open you Recycle bin and empty your trashes,,now >>click on start>>Run>>type msconfig then click on startup tab and uncheck all programs or just click on disable all..now Restart............
