  1. Depends on which side of the car you want to remove, the drivers side is longer than the passengers side.

First thing to do is jack the car up remove the wheel, then remove the drive shaft centre nut, you will need to use a flat head s***w driver to knock the tab washer back.

Then loosen the lower tie end bar to allow you to pull the shock absorber with the brake assemble outwards.

Next you need to place a container under the gearbox next to where the drive shaft enters the gear box. If you are working on the short drive shaft all you then need to do is pull the drive shaft hard and it will pop ot the gear box. Gear box oil will run out from the hole where the drive shaft was and will need to be replaced.

If you are doing the long drive shaft normally there is an bearing carrier in the middle of the drive shaft. You will need to loosen the bearing carrier and then again pull the shaft out.

Remember when you re-assemble the drive shaft replace the nut on the tie end with a new nut, also remember to replace the tab washer.

    Ja.

  2. Hit the "Beano Pin " with ah large xmas pudding .Or just open the door, lift it out and put it somewhere else.
