How do i remove the front door panel off of my 1999 ford taurus

Okay.  Listen up!  I'm gonna say this just once!!

#1  Press in around door handle (inside) to remove any 'O' ring that hold it on.  Remove the handle, arm rest, lock button (pin).

#2  Using a putty knife (fm Lowe's) GENTLY feel around both sides and bottom of the panel for lock pins. (be careful, they're plastic, the panel is probably heavy cardboard (most are)

#3  Using the putty knife gently pry the lock pins from the door frame.

Don't get in a hurry,  The panel is really easy to damage.

#4  If the door has power windows, etc, the wires will have to be removed from this, too.  Maske a diagram of any electronics you remove the wires from (BEFORE) the wires are removed.  This makes it a helluva lot easire to rehook them.  

**** It will be nice to write down each step you take in removing the panel.  It's gonna make it a lot easier to reinstall the whole thing.

Take your time, and have a bit of patience.
