  1. No window? You need some sort of ventilation, otherwise humidity and carbon dioxide build-up will always be a problem.

A de-humidifier does not provide fresh air, and it tends to heat the room because water vapor releases heat into the air when it is condensed to water. An air conditioner would be better to use in the summer.

  2. you have no windows. you need an ac dude at least it will give you some fresh air and remove moisture. like this guy said dehumidifier will not give you any fresh air

  3. I have a similar problem and I solved it with a dehumidifier.  It's a small machine about the size of a waste basket that runs on AC power.  It sucks water out of the air and deposits it in a bucket, which has to be removed and emptied every couple days or so.

Surprisingly, I had trouble finding this device, which cost about $150, at the Big Box stores (HD, Lowes) but asked around at the secondary hardward places like Ace or True Value and found it there.

  4. You need a humidifier or if your room is the basement you need some sort of ventilation! You just have to, or you know what will happen. You can even try a portable air-condition unit. Best of luck!
