  1. Restart your PC in safe mode with networking

Download, install and run a full scan with Malwarebytes

    http://www.malwarebytes.org

Run a full scan with Micro Trend House Call

    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

After the scans, restart the PC and update your anti-virus, remember to only have one anti-virus installed on your PC

http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-...  [Free, if you do not have one]

  2. You Will need a good anti-Virus software program like McAfee, Norton, Panda or the like.  They will allow you to scan your entire computer and will clean all Virus, Trojans, or worms that are residing in your system.  You can go to download.com or cnet.com and download freeware or trial versions.

  3. Get a good antivirus and remove it. If not possible, try to find the name of it at least, then search it up symantec and chech removal options

  4. you might want to make a backup of your files and re install your operating system that way the trojan wont have your ip adress any more

  5. ClamWin is a Free Antivirus for Microsoft Windows

that uses the GNU General Public License by the Free Software

Foundation and is free (as in freedom) software.

Because it is free, the standard requirements for antivirus programs

would not be quite appropriate here. It doesn't have real-time

protection, so it can only be used as an on-demand scanner and doesn't

offer any real-time on access protection. However, this is where its

usability lies - as an additional layer of protection, it's very good.

With no real-time protection ClamWin won't conflict with any other

    Anti-Virus program.

Clamwin's programmers designed an unique scanning engine that no other

antivirus has so it increases the chances of malware getting detected.

The scanning engine scan everyfiles like it is searching for head lices

    with a tooth comb.

Most malwares are designed to attack popular antivirus products,

but since Clamwin is much less used, it's capable of fighting the viruses

    when industry leaders fail.

  6. Your best bet would be to download, and use an anti-virus program.  Avast cleans them fairly well, as does AVG or any commercial grade product.  Though sometimes the simplest way is to re-format depending on how far you want to go with it.

At times they can embed themselves deep into Windows, to the point where you can only manually remove them.  I would recommend trying a free anti-virus program or using Trend Micro's online scan.

  7. If your computer has been accessing the Internet unprotected it is infected.

Spyware has surpassed viruses as the #1 threat to identity theft and without protection your Internet activities are never private.

To get rid of spyware and keep your computer clean you can use an antispyware or even more.
