just shouv some cout hanger wire down it if you just want a dodgey fix if not get new arial it would be to difficult to weld the old one and get an audio installer to do it if you do not now what your doin

try a soldering iron that bout all i can think of for that thin type of metal

The antenna material can not be easily soldered.  A new antenna is the way to go.  it may be difficult to do with a newer car.  get a "car audio installer" to do it if you are not good with tools etc

Lightly weld it...Thats the best I can think of...

Or get a new one :/ they should be very cheap

Try attaching a clothes hanger to it.
