How do i repair a wetsuit with the foamy stuff ripped off?

my dad found a wetty on the groud while driving and it fits good, but there is a chunk about 2-3 inches round of the foamy bit that has been cut off (by a fin most likey and then tore) and is hanging on. but the underlayer that looks like rashie material is still there. i want to seal the tear before the next surf (2moz if its good). anyone have any way to fix this by myself???

you can buy some wet suit repair kit

buy a new wetsuit, its cheaper
