How do i report a fraud of an iphone that i ordered from china? PPLEASE HELP!?

i ordered 4 iphones from china, some kind of chinese company in china, and when i recieved the package, it had one fake iphone, and a fake nintendo Wii system. i didnt even order a Wii. i tried calling them because they ripped me off but no one picked up. where can i report this? i payed so much money and i need to report them. where can i?

"Caveat Emptor" - or "buyer beware".  Did you pay with a credit card?  if so, then call your card company ASAP to dispute the charges.  If you did not, then you are out of luck.  You can try your state attorney general office, but they probably can't do anything.
