  1. You need to call the police right away.  Also, be sure that you don't take a shower or wash your hands/face or clothes until after you get done with the police.  It is very important to collect as much evidence as possible to convict the guy.  I am very sorry that this happened to you and I hope that you will find the help that you need.

  2. You really need to inform the police and give them as many details as you can. Hopefully you haven't showered or anything as they will need to gather as much evidence as they can. You could also get in touch with a rape crisis centre as they will be able to help you further with the ordeal you have endured they may also be able to accompany you to the police station as well as give moral support. Good luck

  3. Call the police, file a arrest warrent at you local court system. But normally they would arrest them on the spot.

  4. First you may want to contact a victim's advocate at your local rape crisis center. You can find one here:

    Victim Assistance:

    In the USA you can call 1-800-656-hope and ask for a victim's advocate. Elsewhere please find your local crisis hotline from this international directory:

    http://www.ibiblio.org/rcip//internl.htm...

    This person can walk you through the process of reporting.

    Next ,you should consider Contacting the police by calling the emergency line (either 911 or the overseas version)

    The next thing to expect will be the first encounter with the police. Before you speak with them you may want to read this international page on reporting:

    http://www.ibiblio.org/rcip/reporting.ht...

    At any time during this process ask for information about

        * The course of the proceedings

        * Victim’s rights throughout the proceedings

        * Support available in case of threats by the perpetrator

        * Confusing legal language

        * Psychological counseling

    After that write down notes for making a statement.
