How do i report a resturant to the dept of health?

i went to a resturant and not only was the place disgusting the whole atmosphere was..flys every where the owner dropped a peice of food and put it back

Did they have the cook scratching her *** and the maggots land in your rice? I would report them to the Food Inspectors. I believe it is called Department of Food and Health.

i would report it to better buisness buearal and then contact 411 for the health department/ code inforcement they will go to the propertty unknowingly and  see if they pass they inspection... most likely they wont and they will have to make provisions if they do or dont pass... its not hard to do !!! but to get a restaraut to actually close down they will need major problems and bug infestiation(fly manily) is really not one of them but who knows maybe theyve been reported before!

Use the government pages in your phone book, or try 411. You should also be able to find out the information you need if you call the local hospital. Whatever you do, make sure you have as much of the information you need to report them, like names of the owner, waiters, the date of the day you were there, all the things you saw that were not right, even names of people that were there with you. That is wrong and has to be stopped. The sad thing is, as bad as what you saw in the dining area, it was probably that much worse in the kitchen area. A place like that is just mass food poisoning waiting to happen.
